Aimix Group has established 8 service networks including more than 60 after-sales service engineers for overseas market. They all unified manage and deployment by the specialized agencies-Customer service center, and establish a detailed customer files. The electrical and mechanical after service engineer’s technical level and skill are fully qualified for the installation, adjustment, commissioning, training and advice the user’s operators and provide free technical advisory service etc. In addition, we have English Team,Russian Team,French Team and Spanish Team,etc, who can meet your demand perfectly.

Installation and commissioning and the acceptance

1. We send after service engineers to help installation, commissioning of the equipment in working site;
2. We supply the Installation Map, Foundation Map, Electrical Map, Manuals,instructions;
3. Returning visit for each set equipment after after installation by specialized department.

Technical material, warranty and technical service

1. We offer the customer training for the operator and maintenance worker, and also provide free technical advice services.
2. We supply the routine of maintenance of machines;
3. We supply lifelong service for the equipment.

Spare parts service

1. We offer the original, authentic, quality spare parts for the equipment maintenance.
2. Our service is available at 7*24hours every week.
