Operating principle:

During the manufacturing process, all you have to do is to press the button “Operate”, then the powder material will be automatically transported from cement silo to scale hopper by the screw conveyor, and then discharged to the concrete mixer.
The aggregate material will be automatically allocated and scaled by batching machine in accordance with the formula, then transported by the belt conveyor into the mixer. Water pump will automatically pump the water to the weighing hopper and then into the mixer.
Additive agents will be automatically pumped to the weighing hopper and then into the mixer. All the above-mentioned steps will be automatically operated at the same time, and then the mixer starts to mix all the raw materials. Finally, the finished concrete will be automatically discharged into the mixing truck.
