Except for the screw conveyer and cement silo, there is no need to dismounting the other parts of batching plant. With assistance of crane of 30 tons, the whole batching plant can be dismantled and moved within one day.
If the ground surface is flat and solid, it won’t be necessary to build a foundation, and all you need to do is to take the unit in position and then start producing. Therefore, it is very suitable for those projects that have tight construction time.
There are wheels and drawbar installed in the mobile plant. When shifting the plant, all you have to do is to drag the drawbar by means of trailer and then all the accessories will be moved together at a time. Put the main frame of the plant on the truck, it will be more effective and convenient to move it, which can also improve productivity.

Cement silo is in possession of centralized controller and dust-collecting devices. And the dust-collecting devices operate by means of blowback which is caused by negative pressure pulse. The centralized controller will help the operator to control the cement silo and ensure the safety of the whole devices. By means of starting the dust-collecting devices, no dust will leak and the environmental protection is guaranteed.
With regard to the control system, AIMIX puts functions of continuous production, intelligent alarm and many others into it to ensure the operating process more intelligent and fluent.
The inside of chassis includes drawbar of tandem truck and outriggers. There are mixer, cement weighing scale, water weighing scale and additive agent weighing scale installed on the chassis. Beyond that, walking board for inspection and handrail are installed around the chassis.
Assembled with full automatic control system, the control room is outfitted on the bottom of the chassis. During the process of producing, the control room will be the front supporting point; when transporting the mobile plant to another site, the control room will be put inside the gaps between brackets. Meanwhile, the control wiring will stay still on their own spots and please do not bother to take them apart.
Peripheral components includes cement silo and screw conveyer. Each of the peripheral components is an independent individual. No matter during the working or transporting process, each of them can be transported as a whole part and there is no need to take them apart.
For the operating principle of Mobile Concrete Batching Plant, firstly, open the storage bins gates, discharge the aggregates into the measuring hoppers. Next, weighed aggregates will be transported into the waiting hoppers by means of the cooperation of flat belt and diagonal belt conveyors.
Meanwhile, transport cement, coal ash and other powder materials into respective hoppers and weigh them, and pump water and additive agents into respective hoppers and weigh them. Then unload the weighed aggregates, cement and other powder materials, water and additive agents into the mixer from their respective waiting hoppers.
Mixer will be started to mix all the materials. After the concrete is mixed well enough, then open the discharging gate and unload all the concrete into the mixing truck. Next, start another operating cycle.
