During the operating process of Stationary Concrete Batch Mix Plant, the storage bin gate firstly opens, and then the aggregate is discharged into the measuring hopper. Weighed aggregate is discharged to the moving flat belt. Flat belt deliveries the weighed aggregate to the diagonal belt conveyor. And then, the aggregate is transported into the waiting hopper. At the same time, cement and coal ash and other powder material are transported into respective hoppers for weighing, water and additive agents are pumped into respective hoppers for weighing by water pump and additive agents pump as well. The control system will give instructions to successively discharge the aggregate, cement and other powder material, water and additive agents into mixer from their own waiting hoppers until all of them are fully weighed. When all the materials are mixed well enough, the mixer gate opens and the mixed concrete will be unloaded through the discharge hopper into the mixer truck. And then the next operating cycle starts.
