Operating Principle:

Tower Type Dry Mortar Production Line adopts top-down mode to deploy the devices, followed by screening machine, storage bins, feeding machine, weighing hoppers, mixer, packing machine and conveyors. Firstly, all the raw materials are lifted to the top of the storage bins, and then the raw materials outflow relying on their own gravity. By means of the computer control system, all the raw materials will be batched in accordance with the formula ratio and then loaded by the screw conveyor to the weighing hopper and then into the mixer. Finally, the mixture will be loaded into the packing machine. The packed products will be transported into the storage bins or be discharged into the truck in bulk.
