Operating Principle:

With regard to the operating principle of vitrified micro bubbles production line, firstly, the master batch is conducted to the first mixing in the non-gravity mixer. Then the mixer mater batch is loaded into the master batch bins by means of bucket elevator. Then, the vacuum negative pressure system sucks the master batch and other material into the centrifugal mixer for non-shaft mixing process. Because the master batch has been mixed before, it will need less time for the non-shaft mixing process and the mixture will be more even. The finished product will be loaded into the finished product bins for decompression and then loaded into the packing machine.
